Scheduling a Session
Please email me at contact@ldmcounselling.ca or contact me by phone at 403-978-5272 to schedule a 20 minute free consultation appointment. I’m often not immediately available, but I will respond to you within 1-2 business days.

Availability
In office on Mondays from 9:00am to 4:30pm.  Virtual appointments Tuesday to Thursday from 9:00am to 4:30pm.

Fees
Session fees are $200 for a 60 minute session.

Payment
Payment is due at the end of the session. I accept VISA, MasterCard or e-transfer. 24 hours notice is required for any change or cancellation of an appointment. When possible, I would appreciate 48 hours notice so that I can offer another client your time slot. Missed appointments or late cancellations are subject to a missed appointment charge of the full session fee unless due to an accident, emergency, sudden illness or unforeseen childcare problems.

Insurance Coverage for Services
Many insurance providers have a yearly amount they cover for counselling services. Please check with your provider as to what the yearly amount is, how much they cover per session and what type of information they require on the receipt. An official receipt will be provided after each session that can be customized for each insurance provider and then submitted for reimbursement. Psychotherapy services with a Registered Social Worker are a tax-deductible medical expense.
