About
I obtained a Master’s degree from the University of Calgary with a specialization in Clinical Social Work (Counselling) in 2003. Since then, I have worked in a variety of outpatient mental health roles, with a focus on working with young people and their parents. I supervised Masters level practicum students through the Faculty of Social Work at the University of Calgary, for ten years.
On a personal note, I have a rural background and consider the prairies home. I’m married with two daughters and a large dog with questionable genetic heritage. When not walking the dog or driving the kids to activities, my hobbies include singing, cooking and reading fiction.
